Sylvia

Meet Sylvia, my personal OC gardevoir. She's simply a shiny female gardevoir wearing a cute black dress instead of the normal gown - although since they're clothes, she can switch outfits whenever she feels like it.
Aside from that, she's pretty much a canon-style gardevoir (with the exception that I gave her a reasonably small chest to make her look more feminine without breaking the canon design). Nothing too crazy with her personality either: She's affectionate, kindhearted, and protective as a gardevoir should be, and she's damn good at videogames. She was also born on Valentine's Day (2/14/14), the day that she was actually born as a cute little Ralts in my Pokemon Y.

Edit: That darker area in the middle of the dress's skirt is actually meant to be the back of the skirt, rather than a "cover" on the front. I made her show a bit more leg to illustrate this, sorry for the confusion.
